The download link will be available immediately after purchase and sent via email.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible with the audiobook file format.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content and personalized items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase has been completed.

This policy applies to:

Digital purchases, including the "That Part!" audiobook.
Signed paperback and hardback copies of "That Part! What Some Know But Won’t Tell You About Motherhood."

Exceptions to this policy may be made only in the following cases:

If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
If you did not receive the download link within 24 hours of purchase (after verifying spam/junk folders and ensuring correct email entry).
If your physical book arrives damaged or contains a defect. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
